For Young Adult Lymphoma Survivors
Grant Amount: Up to $2,000.00 (based on availability of foundation funds)
Payable to: Once approved, copies of bills for payment should be submitted to the Foundation. The Foundation will pay the approved vendors directly.
- Grant Guidelines
- Survivor is a young adult between the ages of 18-40
- Must be a U.S. Resident
- Verified diagnosis of Hodgkin or Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma from Healthcare Professional (Physician, Nurse, Oncology Social Worker). Direct referral forms must be received from healthcare professionals or referring agency.

- Eastern Pennsylvania (Counties: Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Bucks
- Southern New Jersey (Counties: Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland, Salem, Atlantic, Cape May)
- Long Island, New York (Counties: Nassau)
Approved Expenses:
- Car payment
- Car Insurance
- Utility Bills
- Mortgage Payment
- Dental bills as it relates to treatment or late effects from treatment
- Special dietary needs as it relates to treatment or effects from treatment
- Others, as approved by the HEADstrong Foundation Board of Directors
