Former Ridley Student running in Memory of Nick
West Chester, Pa January 28, 2010: A 2005 graduate of Ridley High School (Ashley Robertson) has decided to participate in the upcoming 2010 San Diego Half Marathon in memory of Nick Colleluori through an organization entitled Team in Training. Team in Training is a volunteer program of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society that generates awareness about blood cancers and helps train individuals for long-distance races including half marathons, full marathons, and triathlons (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society). Team in Training is run through fundraising and Ashley is asking for donations to help her reach her goal of raising $ 3000 for the leukemia and lymphoma society by May 10, 2010. Once her goal is reached she will be able to participate in the 2010 San Diego Leukemia and Lymphoma Society half marathon on June 6, 2010 with Team in Training. If you would like to donate you can either donate cash or write a check made payable to LLS (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) and send to Ashley Robertson 100 Brandon Road Ridley Park, Pa 19078. All donations go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
